This plant needs many hours of sun to live and be protected from the wind to have more color and abundance in its flowers. Its period of highest flowering is in the hottest months, from April to October. During the winter, prune them and keep them under shelter.
The petunia demands an abundant watering, mainly the days of intense heat, always leaving the soil humid but never flooded. Do it early in the morning or at the end of the afternoon to avoid leaving the flowers wet and that can burn with the sun. Add the most complete Green-Top fertilizer to the flowering period once a week.
Get to eliminate the withered flowers that appear and at the end of summer you can cut some stems so that the new branches that appear do it with more force and with flowers.
